Lorraine is a native of Georgia who was born and raised in a small rural town outside of Swainsboro. She resides with her husband, Kenneth, and has two wonderful sons and grandchildren who hold a special place in her heart.
Lorraine was raised in a Christian home with both of her parents. She is the eighth child of sixteen siblings. Lorraine is a licensed and ordained minister who gave her life to Christ at a young age. She founded the Keeping Jesus' Vision Ministry with her husband and is the CEO and host of "Painting Me Beautiful" from the Scars of Life, a healing ministry of transparency. Throughout her Christian journey, she hosted a show called "Be Real," which allowed people to discuss their struggles and seek the best remedy for their problems. She also held conferences to bring men and women together to understand each other and their role in ministry, called "Men and Women Standing Together." She and her husband also created and trained several churches on evangelism called "Making a Difference in the Lives of People." Lorraine and her husband were not afraid to tackle areas where others would not go, but through evangelism, they saw many young men and women give their lives to God.
Despite being bullied and called a sanctified and holy girl, Lorraine never allowed these words to change who she wanted to become as an individual. Lorraine has a big heart; her mother once told her, "It's a wonder if you have anything because you will give the shirt off your back to see others happy." That is who she is, making sure to see others' smiles as she smiles from the service. Lorraine tries to bring out the best in everyone she interacts with to let them know they have a special place in her heart.
Lorraine's journey in life has not been easy, but it has been worthwhile. Many situations and people have caused Lorraine to become scarred. However, she learned how to overcome her scars by developing a relationship with Christ when all else failed and seeking professional health. Lorraine is not ashamed of the person she has become through the Word of God. She attended college and graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Kenneth was born and raised in Charleston, Virginia. Later in life, he moved to Washington, DC. At 19, Kenneth had a religious experience that changed his life. Since then, he has devoted himself to God and his Lord and Savior. He attended the National Church of God under the leadership of T. L. Lowery and became a Bible student through Lee University. His love for God led him to start an Evangelism School, where he taught the Bible, and many students accepted Christ.
Kenneth later moved to Georgia, where he met and married Lorraine. The couple continued to share the word of God with those who needed Salvation and Restoration. Kenneth's Bible education was essential to him, and many people called him a walking Bible because he could easily quote scriptures and verses. As a result, he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Theology. Currently, Kenneth is pursuing a Criminal Justice major in college.
Kenneth and Lorraine's goal is to spread the word of Jesus Christ to the world. They founded Keeping Jesus' Vision Ministry, an evangelistic ministry that aims to win lost souls for God's Kingdom. "Painting Me Beautiful" is a life-changing platform of transparency that will help everyone overcome their scars and heal from them. Jesus Christ is the center of all they do and the joy of their lives.
